Conditions of Use
The access and use by you of cameopro.com andoddyo.com (“the Websites”) and the services provided by the Websites (“the Services”) is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Websites and/or the Services you are deemed to have agreed to all the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice and you will not use the Websites and/or the Services in any way that contravenes these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in full then you are not permitted to access or otherwise use the Websites and/or the Services.
Modifications to Websites and Services
Cameo Productions Limited and Oddyo reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and your continued use of the Websites and/or the Services following any such changes shall be treated as acceptance by you of such changes. An indication that changes have been made to these Terms and Conditions will be identifiable by a change in the date at the top of this page. Cameo Productions and Oddyo reserve the right for any reason in their sole discretion to terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Websites and/or the Services including without limitation the content.
The Websites provide information about production music for professionals working in film, television, radio, advertising and new media including the facility of listening to music tracks to appraise their suitability for use in a production.
You agree that you will only use the Websites and the Services in accordance with the purpose prescribed by Cameo Productions and Oddyo and you warrant that you will not use the Websites and/or the Services in any way which infringes the copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary right of any party.
Links to Third Party Websites
The Websites do include links to websites that are controlled by third parties. You acknowledge and agree that Cameo Productions and Oddyo are not responsible for the content and availability of any such websites. It is your responsibility to comply with the terms and conditions of such websites in relation to your access to such websites.
Intellectual Property Rights
All copyright and other intellectual property rights in all text, images, artwork, sound recordings, musical compositions, software and other content on the Websites are owned by Cameo Productions or Oddyo or are included with the permission of the relevant owner. Images, trademarks and brands displayed on the Websites are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced or appropriated in any manner without written permission of their respective owner. All uses of music obtained from the Websites and/or the Services must be licensed through the relevant music publisher or its appointed agent. All rights of the owners of the sound recordings, musical compositions and performers in respect of the content on the Websites and the Services are reserved. Unauthorised public performance, broadcast, communication to the public, copying and distribution is prohibited. The recordings which may be accessed from the Websites and the Services are specifically produced for film, television, radio, advertising and new media under industry agreements. Any proposed commercial use is subject at all times to obtaining an appropriate license from the copyright owner or its relevant agent prior to any exploitation or use of the relevant production or recording. Furthermore, public performance, broadcast and all other communication to the public of the production or recording may only be made pursuant to a separate license from the relevant performing right society.
By using Oddyo you agree that audio will be broadcast on your approved outlet only. You also agree that all audio materials, made available to coincide with a film's UK and Irish theatrical release, are to be used only during that period, ie. in the run up to the opening and for the duration of a theatrical release (which may be staggered in the UK and Ireland). Permitted use of materials ceases three months after the initial release date and distributors reserve the right to take such action as they see fit in respect of any unsanctioned use beyond this time. Audio made available on Oddyo to coincide with a home entertainment release must only be used during that publicity window and similarly may not be used beyond the three month period following the UK and Irish home entertainment release date.
You agree to indemnify Cameo Productions and Oddyo from and against all costs, claims, demands, proceedings and damages including their own reasonable legal costs which are incurred by them howsoever arising in respect of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions and from and against any claim or demand brought against Cameo Productions and/or Oddyo by any third party arising out of your use of the Websites and/or the Services.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law Cameo Productions and Oddyo will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damages of any nature whether direct or indirect including any loss of profits or any consequential damages suffered or incurred by you arising out of or in connection with the use of the Websites and/or the Services. Use by you of the Websites and the Services is at your own risk. The Websites and the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or warranty of any kind whether express or implied including but not limited to any warranty as to content and accuracy of information, usefulness, title, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose or that the Websites and the Services will meet your requirements. Further, no warranty is given by Cameo Productions or Oddyo that the functionality of the Websites and the Services will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Websites and the Services or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive. If you are dissatisfied with the Websites or the Services your sole remedy is to cease using them. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of Cameo Productions and Oddyo for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of Cameo Productions and/or Oddyo.
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

1. Who we are

2. How we collect information
2.2 We also collect information about you from when you register on the site in order to receive newsletters or other services.
2.3 We do keep a record of traffic data which is logged automatically by our server, such as your IP address, the URL you visited before ours, the URL you visit after leaving our site and which pages you visit, but not in a way that identifies any individual.
2.4 We do not use “spyware” that is web bugs or hidden identifiers or other similar devices to gain access to information, store hidden information or to trace activities of users.
3. Storage of information
3.1 We store your information on our webserver and also on paper.
3.2 We will keep your information secure by taking appropriate technical and organisational measures against its unauthorised or unlawful processing and against its accidental loss, destruction or damage.
3.3 We will store your information at least for the duration of any customer relationship we have with you up to a maximum of 7 years for legal and tax reasons.
4. What we use your information for
We will use your information to provide you with details of our services.
5. With whom we may share your data
5.1 We will not share your information with any other organisation except in the following circumstances.
5.1.1 we will share your information with another organisation to whom we transfer, or are in discussions to transfer the Cameo Productions and Oddyo.com companies;

6. Your rights
You have the right to rectify any errors in information we hold about you, and to change any details you have already given us. Please inform us about any changes to your details so that we can keep our records up to date.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
